What is stored

Your account name, email address and a password hash are stored on Hostinger. Passwords are hashed rather than stored in readable form. Company profiles, launch tasks, notes, funding preparation, document versions and activity records are stored in a private database outside the public website folder.

A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the workspace; it expires after eight hours. Security rate limits use hashed keys derived from your IP or account identifier and expire automatically.

When you choose live AI

You must confirm each AI request. Selected business facts, your question and the official source-link register are sent from Eurally’s server to OpenAI to prepare a draft. Contact details, founders, street addresses and registry identifiers are excluded by the application’s allowlist. Your question may itself contain information you choose to enter, so avoid sensitive personal information.

Eurally requests store: false. OpenAI’s own API data handling and security retention policies still apply. No automatic filing, agency application, banking action or adviser message is performed. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; it is saved as a draft requiring review.

Do not enter passports, identity numbers, medical data, bank credentials, payment-card details or other sensitive personal documents. Eurally does not support document uploads.

Export, retention and deletion

Use the Documents section to export your project as JSON, your checklist as CSV, or individual drafts as text. Delete projects from Project settings, or delete your account and projects from Account and privacy after confirming your password.

Deleting removes active account and project records. Copies may remain in Hostinger’s backups according to the hosting account’s retention. Cost-reservation metadata is retained without your email address or company content so deletion cannot bypass the monthly AI spending cap.

Owner alerts contain spending thresholds and the month, without company facts or API credentials. Alert delivery depends on the hosting mail service. The owner dashboard shows whether the mail server accepted each alert.

The public demonstration

The separate browser demo uses fictional sample data stored in your browser. It does not create an account or call AI. Use its Clear demo data button to remove that local data.
